Math

Today we had to draw something out of cubes and triangle's for math, I drew something that looks like a  dragon or dinosaur.

My Colouring in of Tane Mahuta

For maori on last friday and this friday we have been coloring a picture of the maori god of our choice, I chose to do Tane Mahuta, the god of forest's.

My Tessellation

I made a tessellation for math, we had to do two different shapes, I did triangles that can double up as diamonds.

My Learning this Week

This week in math we learned how to enlarge things, this is what we did, I made my own shape and then timesed it by two which is in the blue and then by three which is in the purple.

Update On Goal Ladder T1

Reading- I have not started reading a novel in literacy yet but I will be in Term 2, I hope to complete this goal next term
Writing- For my writing goal I put to proofread and edit my work and I have been doing all the steps in the order, so I believe I have been completing this goal
Math-  I have not been able to practice or do BEDMAS at school because we have been mainly focusing on geometry.
Resilience- I have been able to take opportunities, I tried jump jam but decided not to join a team because I did not enjoy it, I hope to try and take part in more opportunities next term
Other- I have been ensuring my opinion is heard more often by putting my hand up more and thinking harder about the question that has been asked (Depends what kind of question it is though)
